We would like you to drop off (3) Tabloid (11 x 17) size posters to Little Lou’s BBQ 2 weeks prior to your booked date. (2455 Winchester Blvd, Campbell, CA 95008) Hi-res photos or flyers can be mailed to littlelousbbq@yahoo.com They will be posted in the window to promote your band to our current Guests. Please make sure the date is clear and mention your style of music.
If this is your first time performing at the Little Lou’s BBQ, here are some
performance details and guidelines that you should be aware of:
- Your compensation will be discussed at time of booking. Tip jar, Promotion / CD
& Merchandise sales are strongly encouraged.
Little Lou’s BBQ will provide a $10 per performing band member each for food & drinks.
- Music starts at 8pm and runs until 11pm on Friday & Sat (7pm to 10pm on
Monday to Weds). You are free to break your performance up into 3
sets, as desired. Please restrict breaks between sets to 15 minutes each.
- Little Lou’s BBQ has an in-house PA system and main speakers.
All Mic’s / Mic-Stands / Monitors will have to be provided by the band. The LLB PA and main speakers must be used. We prefer that any extra sounds boards, etc not be used. Due to the sound quality and noise level, we do not allow for extra drum mic’s. ( No needed )
- All bands are required to promote their appearances at LLB through
their email lists / social media / word-of-mouth to ensure a good draw.
Little Lou’s BBQ has an outstanding fan base, but it is important that each band bring fans.
*Cancellations must be received by email 14 days prior to event date. If a cancellation is done 7 days prior a 50% booking fee will be charged if a replacement is not booked. Any less than a 24 hour notice will result in a full booking fee due to LLB
